A Historic Building in Art Nouveau Style

Visit 12Antwerp and discover a remarkable piece of Antwerp’s history. Located at Kattendijkdok-Oostkaai 12, 12Antwerp occupies a former Art Nouveau warehouse from 1907, designed by Liège architect Xavier Hanson and renovated by AIM Architecture in 2023. During the renovation, the historical elements of both the interior and the façade were carefully preserved and enhanced. New elements and subtle interventions enter into dialogue with the existing architecture, giving the building a contemporary, sophisticated appearance.

Throughout its history, 12 has been a place where people, goods, ideas and new opportunities came together. A place of movement, culture, collaborations and encounters.
