Exclusive visit of Fondation CAB's exhibition "Fred Sandback"

Exclusive visit of "Fred Sandback" exhibition coupled with a visit of the studio of the artist in residence, Lola Daels, winner of the CAB Foundation's annual Art Contest contemporary art prize. 

Fondation CAB is honored to present Fred Sandback, a solo exhibition featuring sculptures and reliefs by the renowned American artist (1943–2003). The exhibition include artworks shown in historic exhibitions and other sculptures never previously exhibited. It traces the different periods of the artist’s oeuvre, featuring linear sculptures in acrylic yarn, elastic cord, and steel rod.

Lola Prima Donna Daels (1990) is an artist from Brussels. Daels mainly creates site-specific installations, which are the result of a long process of research. The artist's work can take any form and unfold in any place as needed. At each place visited, Daels collects objects and integrates them into new contexts. She asks analytical and critical questions about ecological, environmental and sociopolitical issues from the surrounding reality.
